It's a high quality, ruggedly built stuffed toy. The voice box and speaker also seem to be high quality, because of the high resolution recording. A lot of this type of toy are hard to understand and sound jumbled, not this one. You can actually tell it's kevin speaking! We love it

It is very soft and you can push his hand to hear him talk and laugh. Everytime Stuart laughs, it makes my son laugh. This laugh and giggle plush is fun for kids and very cute!
