InStep Grand Safari Swivel Wheel Double Jogging Stroller - Teal

I have enjoyed this stroller. It was easy to assemble. I do have a little trouble getting it to fold up at times. The speakers that came with it are not very good. My cell phone speakers are louder. It does make for a smooth ride for the little ones. I havent had much problems with getting thriugh door ways although it can be a snug fit, it still fits.

i had to return this heavy item to post office to return box came damaged, the stroller was all scratched, no directions or screws included

The stroller is well built but it is very heavy. The stroller will not fit thru standard size door ways (32" wide) including doctor office door ways. That was my main reason of purchasing a good stroller was to have for family outings and to take my boys 1&2 back and forth to doctor appointments, will be returning for a different one that will fit thru door ways

I've had this stroller for about a year. For the price this is a good stroller. It is the less expensive Version of the Schwinn turismo. Same company. The only difference in the two is the fabric and material. I jog about 3 times a week and it has held up pretty well over this past year. Ok, so here are the pros and cons. Pros- canopy goes all the way back and down Swivel to lock feature Works good and a great feature Reclining seats Adjustable straps Washable/removable cushions (not as soft as they look in pic) Adjustable handle bar is a must for taller people The shock system is a great feature. It makes a big difference when going over bumps Assembly was easy and quick The front wheel comes easily off for tight storage Cons- speakers are very cheaply made and hardly put out any sound the wires on the speakers get in the way. It's impossible to put the canopies down with the speakers in place. the tires aren't the best. They are rubber and not plastic, which is good, but they don't hold air very well. Short foot rest. My 2 and 3 year old feet dangled. Had to keep reminding them to put their feet up. Basket hangs a bit too low to the ground and has a big bar in the middle. Forget putting your diaper bag below. A bit heavier and more bulky than most stroller but it is a double:) I will also mention the only difference between the grand safari and the regular instep is the speakers and the adjustable handle bar. So, if these features aren't important to you, save some $$$ and get the regular instep. Hope this helps:)

This stroller is awesome. Especially if you have twins. We needed a jogging type stroller so we could transport the 5 month olds to the beach in the summer. That was my primary reason for the purchase. I liked the idea of plastic wheels that would not rust. This rolls across the sand pretty easily. We also use it for morning walks along the boardwalk. The stroller is so smooth to push and the ultimate review is that the little tots fall asleep each time we put them in this. They seem to love it. The assembly is very simple, only takes a couple of minutes. I will admit that it is a bit heavier that i had thought it would be. Other than that it is great. I did a bunch of review searching and this really caught my eye. We were not certain of the color at first but after we got it assembled, we really liked it. It is very fun and bright. I would recommend this to anyone not wanted to spend like $500 on a BOB. Overall it seems very durable and it feels like it will last. The cup holders are fantastic. The wheel lock button is simple to use. The included speakers are kind of junky. The shades work great. They can be maneuvered to almost any angle to block the sun. Haven't used it for a run or jog yet because the babies are too young. I will try next month when they are a little older. We use it with our 5 month old twins that are roughly 12 and 14 pounds.
