iRobot - Roomba Combo Essential robot vacuum and mop (Y0140) - Black

Excited and nervous for this new helping buddy for me . Reality was something else and I expected more for this device. my home is not big and it just really did not work to my advantage or satisfaction. Therefore returning it is better.

This is the worst vaccum combo I've seen. When vaccuming, it doesn't avoid hitting or running into things. and the mopping is not useful at all. it doesnt mop well it will spin around in a circle using all the water in one spot. ill definitely be returning this item asap

Mop only picks up dust. Floors are shiny, but spots are still there. Removed mop head. Vacuums better, longer, without it. Doesn't empty each time it returns home, so collection of pet hair fills up bin in vacuum. Would vacuum better if it emptied more often.

This thing is a piece of junk. Now that it has completed its first pass of the house, I'm going to have to sweep the floors. I got this for my wife for mothers day and if I hadn't thrown the box away already (because trash day was the same day as delivery and I said to myself "This things a Roomba it'll work great") I'd be returning it right about now. It takes 3× longer to do a half the job I then have to go fix myself while trying to watch the baby. So the entire purpose for buying it is void. I bought a WYZE for my mom 2 years ago for $100 less than this and it works fantastically. The WYZE has much better suction and maps the house so you can tell it where you want it to go or set no-go zones, has better obstacle avoidance, and when it bumps into something it's just a nudge instead of a full-force slam.

After almost a month of messaging the seller, I never received the product. They marked it shipped so I would stop asking about it however never received. Scam.
