No instructions to put the bike together, part of the bike was chipped, and the customer service for pickup at the St Augustine Walmart was awful pretty sure i will never use it again.

My son loves his new bike

Got the bike for my 4 year old son. We lowered the seat as far down as possible, so he could reach the peddles. With a little time and elbow grease, both seat and training wheels are adjustable. 4 stars because of minor things..... 1. I wish the bike had a kickstand. Eventually the training wheels will come off and the bike will then have to be propped up against something or it will lie on floor. 2. Once seat was lowered as much as possible, the reflector behind the seat had to be removed because it would not continue to fit. 3. Brand new, out of box tires had to be inflated once assembled. 4. The rack on the back of the bike? I just don't understand this thing! Most bikes with the rack on the back will have a springy, metal piece to hold down and secure whatever one is storing there while riding the bicycle. This bike does not have a that feature. One either has to bungy-cord or tie down whatever you wish to place on the rack. Sturdy bike, rides smoothly. I guess "nothing runs like a Deere!"
