taste is blech but I add some powdered water additives for flavor. My wound nurse highly recommended it. So far so good, wound is healing nicely.

The orange tastes like Tang, if you are old enough to remember it. I am taking it to help with wound healing, I believe it was helpful in keeping my protein intake up to help my body heal.
