It didn't work miracles, but I do think he sleeps better. I certainly do think it helped with the spontaneous waking up caused by his hands flinching.
Unlike some swaddlers, this one is a little bigger. My son stays in this one. He's a wiggler and often kicks out of some of them. It keeps him warm and he sleeps well. I would recommend this product.
My son is 6 months old (4 mos preemie) and still sleeps with this. It's a lifesaver. love this thing, he sleeps like a champ!
