We loved this for our baby! We got her carseat (also from walmart) and didn't think the padding was adequate enough for our precious cargo. I got this and although I paid close to $40 (we shipped to hawaii) it was worth it!! I can't imagine putting a newborn in a carseat without it! She actually preferred sleeping in her carseat because of this padding. Sadly she out grew it in 2 months and fits fine in her seat now without it, but it gave us great peace of mind for those 2 months =) I'm planning on buying this for friends that are expecting in the future.

this is perfect for my fragile newborn. i had it already installed in the car seat when we brought out baby girl home from the hospital. it was perfect because it was so soft and warm, it craddled her and kept her nice and cozy on the 2 hour ride home. it does help somewhat with keeping her head in the right position, but her head does still flop forward sometimes while she's sleeping due to the angle of the car seat. she sleeps really well in this too

This is just perfect! It's so soft & supports the babys whole body, defineatly better than just the head supports. I wish i would of purchased this product when we had our 1st daughter!

I was very disappointed with this product. I was looking for more than the standard head support offers. My daughter is barely over 8 lbs. and with this in the seat, she is very cramped (not just "cozy"). The care instructions state not to use bleach, the first time I used it, she had a messy diaper to leak. I was also disappointed that though the description says "pink", the product is actually pink on one side and ivory on the other--this is a minor detail, but could be very important to some.

It was more than I expected, pretty pink and plush. My new born baby girl falls asleep everytime she is in it. Great head and body support, baby's head does not go limp to the side like the other head gadgets. I have 2 other kids so I have had other inferior head supporters...I LOVE THIS ONE!!!!!!!
