KidKraft Waterfall Mountain Wooden Train Set & Table with 120 Pieces, For Ages 3+

The board that goes on top of table came in damage on the corners. Very disappointing

table is better than i expected.. was easy to put together, and seems pretty sturdy.. Trains aren't the best, they don't run smoothly on the track due to the fact the wheels aren't very good.. Will probably get a Brio Set to use on the table.

My son loves his new train table and plays with it all the time

The kids love it. The only problem is everything, EVERYTHING, falls over. Need to glue many things down Can't do all of the things. Lot of work.

This KidKraft Waterfall Mountain Train Set was quick and easy to assemble. The parts and pieces are of good quality. The 3 bins underneath are great for storage. One detail I wish I knew before I purchased it was that the tracks are not secured to the table, so they slide around when the child is playing with it. I really don't want to glue the tracks down but will look for a non-permanent way to secure the tracks. One other feature is the waterfall mountain piece has tunnels for the trains to go through. These are a fun feature but wish they were just a little bigger for the child's hands to fit in; when they have to push a piece through or retrieve a piece that may have fallen off the track inside. I would like more track pieces to set up differently. Perhaps with a continual track all the way around the outer edge. This way the child can walk all the way around the table and not have to stop the flow to redirection the trains across the center of the table, then have to walk back around the table to pick them up on the other side to continue. The crane would be better with a crank that turns up and down. As it is, the crane pulley falls down after it is rolled up with the wheel. For the most part, we are happy with the purchase. We just need to teach our two and a half year old to drive slow, steady, and with patience so he can be a happy engineer!
