KILZ Latex Primer, Exterior, 1 Gallon

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have spent years painting my old house. I am transitioning from oil based to a newer acrylic paint. This primer is perfect for my needs. Goes on smooth, dries quick, and reliable performance. I wish I had found it sooner, but going forward it will be my go-to primer.

This is about the best stuff as far as I know. I have two family members who are professional painters and one uses Bin and one uses Kilz, the main difference being that Kilz cleans up with water. So I tried it for the first time and I'm now in the Kilz camp. I used it paint some used cheap 2x and it covered sufficiently that 1 overcoat of red covered it completely.

My wife and I just spent the weekend using Kilz General Purpose Exterior Primer on our front deck rails. It's covering really well. We had to sand down some of the deck to get some or the stain off. Then we used Kilz before we were able to paint the deck. Wonderful product to use and it's very easy to apply. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Great product, we had it tinted to the color we were painting our outside of our home, felt very comfortable using this product to protect our home and looked great.
