(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Really enjoy the new KitchenAid dishwasher. Due to space considerations, we couldn't install the unit with the padding to reduce sound and, even without this, it is still very very quiet. Items are coming out clean one month in, and there's plenty of space - we also love the top rack for plastic lids and some bigger cutlery. Only concern is that the vent is on the front of the unit rather than the top so there is sometimes condensation that drops onto the ground when you open the door after the cycle finishes. Bad design to have it there and that makes this 4 rather than 5 stars..
