Bought this a few weeks ago was really excited about using it , worked on an apple then when we tried sweet potato the food holder started shearing off and broke ! really disappointed with it. Not sure why they dont make a metal food holder as it is made of plastic the prongs all broke as it was trying to cut the sweet potato. Now I have to hunt for a replacement plastic part.

So versatile! Possibilities are endless with this attachment. Great for people who don't want to consume carbs!

Recent purchase. Absolutely fabulous. Used for preparing potato for a potato bake. Also turned large zuchini into GF lasagna sheets
