Kodak EASYSHARE C195 - Digital camera - compact - 14.0 MP - 5x optical zoom - purple

My 12 year old daughter actually bought this camera after saving up money for it. She loves all the features it has. She 's still figuring out when it 's best to use each setting, but she 'll get it. We haven 't used the software yet, so I 'm not sure how easy it will be for her. Although, I 'm sure it will take a while to download when she 's ready because she can take about 1000 pictures with the SD card she got!! It seems like a good quality camera and she got it at a great deal.

As a scrapbooker, I wanted to get a digital camera that would take colorful pictures with a screen that was large enough to see. I found this one and it was purple to boot! It takes good video and although I haven't done it yet, I have learned that my new laptop can help me make still pictures from my videos. It takes some practice to learn how to take the videos and to make sure everything is in focus (I always push too hard too fast when it's focusing), but it is well worth the money. This camera does tend to go through batteries, but I am still seeing how regular use will go with that because when I first got it, I took a lot of pictures and a lot of videos in a short period of time for my son's 2 day basketball tournament. As a frugal shopper, I must say that this camera is definitely worth the money!!!

Excellent pictures The stabilazition is not as good as my old Kodak 7.1 mega pixel EasyShareC763 but the pictures are a higher quality HD. My old camera takes a rechargable 3.7 volt battery which costs $45.00. This new Kodak EasyShare C195 has a 5X zoom, AA batteries and is 14 mega pixels. I am very happy with the camera.

I don't tend to read directions, so this is an easy point and shoot camera-good photos, nice little zoom and easy to operate and download to computer too.

this is a great product, but do not drop it because my kids dropped mine and it fell on the lens and it is now completly broken. When it worked it was a wonderful camera. It took beautiful pictures, especially portrats.
