Kraus Commercial Style Single Handle Pull Down Pre-Rinse Sprayer Kitchen Faucet

I have been looking for a heavy duty commercial style faucet to replace another brand i have been using for 18 years. What a breath of fresh air. Im pretty handy so i did the install myself and ended up using a Kraus cover baseplate to cover over 2 other homes from the previous faucet. It went in very easy and i only needed help to hold the faucet while i was tightening the nuts. The faucet is easy to assemble with easy to follow instructions and the rubber compression connections mean you dont need to use teflon tape on any of the threads. the nice long water lines mean i was able to connect to my existing shutoffs without any other parts. The faucet is very tall, theres no getting around that. I have a 36" sink it easily covers that distance and the neck swings very smoothly. The finish is very shiny but of course shows all smudeges and fingerprints. The cost thru Amazon was super reasonable for a faucet of this quality and with all the cool features it has. We've had out faucet for over to years and have never had decent pressure. We have copper pipes and great pressure on all of our other outlets. Is this a design flaw? Is there a a fix for this. We payed a bit of money for a very ineffective faucet.

Build quality is excellent. I like it very much. The only thing that I can complain about is the amount of pressure from the sprayer. It is barely enough to wash vegetables. Forget about spraying food off of dishes. Too weak. If they would fix that, it would be perfect. Installation was very easy.

I recently purchased this faucet, and I am impressed! I live in a house that is 100 years old and the plumbing is still galvanized, when I installed this we couldn't get the hot water to run through the faucet, took off the water line and found that it has a built in strainer so all of the sediment from the old pipes collects before it gets into the faucet! the strainer saved me from having to purchase another faucet! I have to admit I was a little nervous about purchasing from a company I have never heard of. but I am sold! I love the faucet all the way around, it is a great look! and works!

I had purchased a faucet a few years ago and started having issues with the spray handle. I contacted customer service and provided my purchase information along with the issues that I was experiencing. They were very quick to respond and sent me all the parts that I needed to make things as good as new. Great customer service and quality products that they stand behind. Would recommend Kraus products to a friend.
