The custom temperature and humidity alerts help you make sure your home and backyard temperature and humidity levels are right where they need to be. Set HI/LO temperature alerts to keep your plants safe from extreme heat or frost. The alerts are also great for monitoring indoor humidity levels to help you protect what matters most. Precise Atomic Time & Date This station also covers the days’ basics with 12/24-hour atomic time, calendar, and a full day of the week display. When using the atomic time function, the unit will automatically search and synchronize with the WWVB radio signal that the National Institute of Standards & Technology (NIST) broadcasts continuously from Fort Collins, Colorado. When connected with this signal, the display will always show the precise time and date as well as automatically update for Daylight Saving Time changes. Auto-Dim Feature Use the station’s built-in auto-dim feature to customize when the LCD backlight will automatically dim and turn back on to its normal daytime brightness setting.
