LEGO Friends 2022 Advent Calendar 41706 Building Toy Set (312 Pieces)

For the money I feel like there could have been more creative, my daughter likes it but got flustered with the cardboard cheap “scene” that you put all the legos on. Once she got so many Lego pieces they would move all over the cardboard really easily and not stay in their place.

My granddaughter loves legos so I thought she would enjoy a new one each day. Package came intact when delivered but I was disappointed in the calendar cover. Very flimsy cardboard. It's hard to open only one day. The slightest pressure and multiple windows open. I spent considerable time trying to put a small piece of tape to hold the windows closed for the next day's surprise.

I'd consider it to be overpriced for what is included, but that is the case for many Lego products. The concept is adorable, since there is a new toy for each day. Some of the toys are little figures, and others are tiny sets to put together. This is going to be a fun holiday activity! I would have preferred that the toys were more of a surprise, though. They're on the front of the calendar.

But what we did not have and always wanted, was a Lego Advent calendar, since we all also love Legos! This set is absolutely adorable, and my kids are so excited! I love that the box itself has the little punch out windows for them to find each daily prize. This is going to be something we reuse year after year, and even pass down to the grandkids. We have three boys and a girl, and even though Lego Friends is a bit more for girls, they still love this. Santa is a bit skinny, I will say! I would definitely recommend this Lego Advent calendar! It would be a great gift for any family.

This is such a great way to prolong the feeling of getting gifts and also heightened the excitement of Christmas to come! Like a true advent calendar, each day you get to open a door to a new Lego. It comes with a little paper mat to play on but these are perfect to play with in other ways and with different sets. Each one is well thought out and some are pretty intricate! Such a great idea and gift for the price.
