Lever 2000 Bar Soap Aloe & Cucumber 3.15 oz, 4 Bar

Why did you people feel the need to change an excellent product??? New packaging is one thing but who do you think you're kidding? The contents of the new packaging is absolute garbage! Either you change back to the original product or you're going to loose a very large customer base, me included, if you haven't already. I know I've bought my last Lever 2000 Original until I hear that you've reinstated the original recipe. WHAT WERE YOU THINKING? DID YOU HONESTLY THINK THAT NO ONE WOULD NOTICE THE POOR EXCUSE FOR BAR SOAP THAT NOW GRACES THE STORE SHELVES UNDER THE GUISE OF LEVER 2000? REALLY, PEOPLE? You've made a BIG mistake!

Do NOT like the changes made to the Lever 2000 bar soap. The new bar feels hard,dry and rough. It doesn't lather enough to get any on your body. Even the scent is lacking. I've used Lever 2000 for more than 10 years. Hate to change brands now but just can't use the soap the way it is now.

Like so many others here, I loved my Lever soap but after this horrendous redesign I will be shopping around for something else. I am over 40 and have never used another bar soap in my adult life, never even considered it before now, but the "new" version is so terrible I will not be purchasing it again.

Have used the product for years, after Lever discontinued the "blue bar" (which remains the standard for people who had allergic skin to use an effective soap). It had worked OK, although it had started getting annoying difficult to find, with fewer and fewer stores stocking it. Now I just purchased some, and apparently they have re-formulated it. In the re-formulation, they have successfully: *Made the bars significantly smaller, something that already had been done to them once or twice before; *Made a previously easy-to-lather soap almost impossible to lather up now, even in soft water - NO idea why; and worst of all, *Returned the soap to one that my wife is allergic to. Now she can't use it at all. WHAT IS WITH THESE RE-FORMULATIONS, where nothing is re-formulated for the better??? I guess we have to go in search of a new and usable soap - again.

Worse business decision. Lever 2000 was known for lather and fresh clean scent. New formula has neither. Feels horrible on the skin. No lather and waxy smell! you shower to feel fresh and after using the new lever 2000, you want to shower again...with SOMETHING ELSE!
