LG DLGX7901BE 27 Inch Ultra Large Smart Front Load Gas Dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago after shopping the entire internet and every store in town. It's great so far but have yet to hook up the steam option. LG is what every store says has the least repairs and wait for parts if needed. Just spend the extra and get a seriously cool and good investment

I bought this, installed in a new ground-up home, had it serviced, and have not run a successful load in it. Have spoken to four LG agents who have been unable to help. Two of the four have ended chat on me. LG refuses to send an agent and is unhelpful and unwilling to do anything useful. I want to return this item. Talk about buyers remorse.

Great product but terrible online support and annoying requests for providing a product review after the review had already been submitted and confirmed by LG. Plus the darn product was purchased directly on the LG website yet that model is not listed in the LG product registration data base !!!!

On the first day I used the machine it gave me the error message " d80 err" ; the error was not in the book anywhere so I looked it up on the internet and found out the machine was telling me that the lint pipe that leads outside was more than 80% blocked and that it could cause a fire. I appreciated that because as a new home owner I had no idea that I would need to clean that pipe out, I thought it pretty much stays clean because it flies out. So I have had to order the kit to clean it out and so I have not had the opportunity to use the dryer more than once so far to see if it works really well. The only time it was used it worked really good. Everything fit and dried after about 45 minutes.

After 7 loads everything looked and was going well until my shorts got caught wedge between the spinning drum and the door wall. Not happy with that situation. Expensive model gas dryer. I but the washer matching pair last year and I had wait until last month for the dryer. Good over all
