Lifetime 47 inch Basketball Return Chute, Gray, 1 Pack (0501)

Great item, works well for returning the ball ...Item 9 months old... BUT ....It started to break around where it clips to rim. Called Lifetime and found out it only has a 90 warranty. ,

When I'm playing I usually just shoot free throws in my driveway and this works great for rebounding the ball back to me! All I do is stand in 1 spot and wait for the ball to come back if I make the shot. I wish I would have had this 30 years ago to use. The only con is the 2 hooks in the back come off the rim sometimes. To fix this I just taped them to the rim. Definitely get this if you shoot hoops by yourself! You won't be disappointed!

Other than it not fitting all rims (it keeps popping off of ours), it returns the ball well. I'll come up with a fix for the popping problem.

I received my Hoop Chute, and assembled it by looking at the picture on the chute; no instructions to be found. I figured it out quickly, and taped a couple of pieces to the main body of the chute, as it will be quite a while before I can attach it to the portable backboard; as the weather here in the Thumb of Michigan is a roller coaster, we get 40's one day and 20's the next. The Hoop Chute seems to be made of a heavy, yet flexible gray plastic. The real test will be when Winter will finally lose it's grip on our area.

This is nothing but a large piece of plastic. I picked it up and returned it in the same visit to WalMart.
