Lifetime Kid's Big Stuff Metal Swing Set with Slide, Clubhouse and Climbing Wall (90137)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bout this 3 years ago and had some problems with the rust due to the weather in Florida, I had the best experience with customer service, they exchange the Swing and made my kids happy. The level of service of this company is the best I have ever seen. thank you.

Now that the play set is assembled it is wonderful, and we are happy with the purchase. However, the shipping process was less than smooth, and we were missing a box and several large pieces when it did arrive. These were shipped promptly when we notified Lifetime.

Playground is perfect. The shipper was a nice guy, but perhaps you should talk to whom you hire to ship. They send one small person, no forklift, no one to help him, etc. That was a nightmare upon delivery.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Parts were cracked upon delivery. The hardware for box 1&2 were in the bottom of box 3. Not organized at all. The manual was at the bottom of box 6. It's a good product but they have a long way to go.

We bought this playset for our son's 4th birthday. It arrived a day early (!) in a giant shipping crate. My husband and I got it assembled in about 8 hours. The hardware was brilliantly packaged and the directions were clear and well-written. We could have probably done it in 5-6 hours with another person. Not only is this playset STURDY without being anchored into the ground with cement and maintenance free (no sanding/staining), but they have maximized EVERY surface for play! The floor of the upper deck has roads printed into the plastic for toy cars, the wall behind the captain's wheel is a chalkboard with activities pre-printed on it (hangman, tic-tac-toe), and the roof has stars imprinted into the back side. Well designed, well made, and well engineered for the lay person to assemble. Definitely worth the money to get this playset over a similar playset made of wood for less $$.
