I had a similar weldor from years ago and this one also does the job well . If used too hard it will stop and cool it's self down, but that is to be expected . It is light enough I can pick it up and set it on my flatbed pickup but I just use a hand truck to move it around to the barn or work shop . We have dirt daubers? everywhere around the farm so I have to try to keep them out of the switches etc. . I am semiretired and so far I'm very pleased with this product and would recommend it to my friends .

Bought this welder a month ago and have done several hours of welding with it. Operates real smooth giving even welds. Easy adjustment. Earth clamp and stick holder both work as they should. Overall very pleased with my Lincoln welder

My last welder was weak sauce, but this Lincoln AC 225 has incredible potential to weld metal. I can weld metal all the way up to 1/2” and even cut through 1”. I love using it and am so happy to have bought it from Northern Tool. Their price was the best!
