Local Hive Raw & Unfiltered Clover Honey, 12 Oz

It is definitely a clover flavor, unlike some brands claiming to have clover honey for sale. The only thing we don't like is that it is packaged in plastic, which will leach into the honey over time. Also, honey in a plastic bottle may lose its water content, which may lead to fermentation. We transfer ours to glass as soon as we get it.

I take a spoonful very morning, have for years - helps with cough, and helps with allergies, gives me energy. I use clover honey because I have a lot of clover in my yard. I was told to use honey from your area, I was using sunflower honey, it helped with cough, but not much with allergies, but the clover honey seems to work. I like sweepstakes you have.

I'm not really big into honey - I have it rarely at best, but a friend has recently begun experimenting with beekeeping and making his own honey which has started a fascination for me. When I had the chance to try really localized clover honey, I jumped at it. I still don't know that my unsophisticated palate can discern the difference in taste that raw, unfiltered honey provides - I sensed a waxiness, but that could be psychological - but I enjoyed it greatly. Definitely worth tracking down.

My Family loves honey and we were very pleasantly surprised by the Local Hive Clover Raw & Unfiltered Honey. It was full of flavor and the consistency was just right. I use the honey every day to sweeten my tea and also to bake pancakes and muffins. Yum!

Me and my wife absolutely love this honey. The quality is outstanding and is immediately noticeable upon first bite. We've tried it on biscuits, put it in our tea and melted it over pancakes. Every time we were impressed with how great the honey tastes. It's not overly sweet and the viscosity is perfect. We really like knowing that it is local honey as well. We know this can help with our allergies from having those local pollinators making this beautiful stuff. We will be buying more!
