Logitech - K780 Full-size Wireless Scissor Keyboard - Graphite

The keyboard was delivered on June 14th 2024. It stopped working on November 22 2024 due to an internal electical failure. One moment, it was functioning perfectly, the next moment, no power. The leds embeded in the 1, 2 %26 3 keys would not light. Nor did the keyboard connect with any devices that it had previously connected to. Cause is most likely a failed electrical component. Despite called Walmart Customer service 3 times, I have yet to get the promised refund nor any of the promised emails. Yes, I have checked the spam folder and I have never had an issue with my bank about getting refunds in the more than a decade of doing business with them. On average, I would get a refund within 72 hours. It appears that Walmart's customer service has been in steady decline over the past two years.

easy switching between devices. no comment on battery life yet since just bought. overall good keyboard. but keys are a little hard and are space apart when typing.
