Mainstays Polyester with Vinyl Laminate Soft Top Fitted Mattress Protector, 1 Each

I bought this for a full size bed. The cover fit very loosely. It only has elastic on the corners. It was also a bit crackly sounding. I took it back and got the Mainstays Waterproof Fitted Soft Knit Mattress Protector that comes in a cardboard box. It was much better.

This protector is horrible. I have a temperpeudic protector on my bed and its saved me a couple of times so i decided to get this protector for my other bed. It is so loud that i was embarrased when people slept on it so i ended up throwing it alway. It like crinkling up paper every time you move. buy something else.

It worked for the first two accidents/washing and then it did not protect the twin bed at all at the third accident. It was a waste of time and money!

Potty training my then 2yr old, I put this on his bed. The mattress pad protected the bed, it was dry underneath after I removed the pad to wash after he had an accident. Did Not fall apart in the washer or melt in dryer like a couple different ones that I had bought before. My son is now 4 and still uses this same one I bought 2 years ago. The reason I gave four stars: didn't like how thin and unpadded this is. But it's functional!

Boy, it works like a charm. My son wet the bed, I took of the cover off and checked the mattress. It was dry as a bone. I could not be more pleased. Get the soft top versus the vinyl.
