MAM Perfect Pacifier, 0-6 Months, Unisex, 2 Pack

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a mom of now 4, my kids almost never took paci's, but when my 10 day old had a short nicu stay and I couldn't nurse immediately, they needed a paci to soothe him. Thanks to Stellar Panel, I had received the pack of two before I delivered and had them packed and ready to go in the diaper bag. We started using this paci in the hospital and the shape seems to be the one he likes the most. It's nice and short and he doesn't gag on it like some of the other paci's we've tried since. The sides of the paci have a slight curve to them so they form around the mouth better than others, rather than being straight or laying flat which causes my baby to chomp. I love that it comes in a 2 pack and the container is clear-I don't have to empty my bag to search for them.

It is lightweight which makes it easy for my three month old to hold in his mouth even when he's not actively sucking on it. The shape of the pacifier fits perfectly around the mouth and gives plenty of space for the nose. I exclusively breastfeed my baby and he soothes himself to sleep with this pacifier, allowing me to break the habit of feeding him to fall asleep. The sterilizer case is convenient and way quicker than boiling in water. I am very thankful to have received this pacifier set from the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

I love that they don't cover my babies nose, the tip is soft and flexible, and that they come with a case to sterilize and/or store the pacifiers in. So far my little one loves these pacifiers! I think they like the unique shape of the nipple. I love that the nipple is extra-thin and allows the babies mouth to close more properly to prevent misaligned teeth down the road. I will definitely be recommending these pacifiers to friends! My favorite part is that I can sterilize them in the case so easily.

I also highly appreciate the idea of providing a travel sterilization case for the pacifiers. Honestly, I do not understand why it isn't standard for pacifiers to include a sterilization case with each package. I found it amazing and easy to use! Unfortunately, my som disagrees with me when it comes to proper oral development. He doesn't tend to like the thinner designed pacifiers. I suppose mother doesn't always know best… I do understand though maybe why he didn't like it, as it seems the nipple design was much thinner than other similar products. These pacifiers were very light though and not bulky, which I appreciate especially for an on-the-go pacifier.

One twin likes a different style MAM and the other likes this slimmer style. I like that the base of the paci is open and allows for air flow around the mouth, I also like the flat piece where the gum can rest which seems to keep it in babies mouth when they are asleep and not actively sucking. My twins were 4 weeks early and are 7 weeks old now, we have tried lots of brands and styles of pacis and I am so glad we were sent these to try.
