Manna Pro Rapid Flex Complete Joint Supplement for Horses, 4 lbs.

I just bought this for my 28 yr old who need to gain weight. She seems to not like it and is objecting to having this added to her feed. Any suggestions? This is frustrating, when everything I have read says horses like it or it's palatable. Then they seem to object eating it.

We keep our senior 29-year-old gelding and our 9-year-old mare on Rapid Flex. It keeps the gelding feeling young and chasing all the girls around the pasture. The 9 year old had a hip injury in her youth, and the rapid flex really helps keeps her feeling good. Since it's been working so well with these two, we've started our 15 year old mare on it. My only complaint is with multiple horses on it, I wish it came in a larger container than 4 lbs. We go through it really quickly and constantly have to re-order it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I originally got these Rice Bran Pellets to feed to our stallion that is in a paddock with minimal grass. He seems to like the taste of the pellets and eats all of the feed when given. I have noticed his coat is shiner and looks healthier also!
