Such a nice cake with many layers that was prepared perfectly. It's very similar to the Ganache Cakes for sale at Publix.

I bought a slice of one of these cakes and it tasted horrible. Perhaps they use dark chocolate and didn't advertise it. I sure dislike dark chocolate. It was dry and like old chocolate and sugar!
This was our favorite cake until today. For some reason the cake we bought is NOT the same wonderful chocolate ganache that we have had in the previous 6 times. It is dry and the buttercream filling is more like a thick sugary filling.... Taking in for refunds tomorrow.
