[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this in a hurry because my old washer was broken beyond repair repair, I really really wish I had waited and got the one with the tall agitator , I don't know if this washer is even working right, sometimes the clothes have not even been completely wet, let alone washed, it doesn't seem to add enough water to even begin to wash the clothes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great machine. Easy to navigate, self explanatory. Lots of washing options and it even reminds you about cleanings. Take it from someone who does laundry every single day with 5 people and 2 dogs in the home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this washing machine and we hope we get a longer life out of this washing machine. We purchased the same exact washing machine 3 years ago. Several months ago, our old washing machine started making a loud noise when the washing machine went in to the spin cycle. It would be so loud that we would not be able to hear the TV in the next room. After several months of this, the washing machine completely stopped working.

I hate this washer. Every month it forces you to use affresh to wash the tub. But there is no warning, no countdown. You can have a load of laundry in with a tide pod, it'll start running water and then gives you an error code. You now have wet clothes with the tide pod leaking all over them and you cannot run the wash again till you run the afresh cycle. I have never had to wash a washing machine as much as this one and you cannot override it. The dumbest thing I've ever seen.

I absolutely hate this washing machine! We have checked the level, changed settings, done everything we possibly can, but this is the worst washing machine I've ever owned. At first it wasn't too bad, but after about a year it started to become off balance every time it goes into the spin cycle. It's so bad now we have to keep running over to it to shut it off before it takes out a wall. The rubber padding on the sides are now found all over the floor and I literally have to try my best to hold this thing in place while it's canceling the load. Currently looking into taking a sledge hammer to it and buying a Speed Queen instead.
