This stuff is amazing. It is delicious and EASY. My super picky two year old, who eats nothing ever, asks for MORE of this chicken. I love it because it's super easy: one step breading (not flour, egg, breadcrumbs) and then just pop it in the oven instead of standing over a frying pan on the stove. The recipe calls for salt & pepper on the broccoli, but we like to use Montreal Steak Seasoning instead. I serve butter herb noodles or garlic bread with this. The perfect weeknight dinner. Absolutely going on weekly rotation at our house.
Couldn't believe it. We love all the ingredients in this recipe but we did not like the finished product. Was that due to the McCormick mix? Probably. Oh well, win some - lose some.
I opted to just make the chicken with the seasoning. I didn't use and marinara sauce or cheese. I sprayed potato chunks and chunks of carrots and some asparagus with olive oil and sprinkled the seasoning on the veggies and then baked for an even lower calorie dish.
We had this for the first time last week. It was just delicious. The chicken was so moist and this coating has all the right spices. My husband is still talking about how good it was.
If you like chicken parmesan you will love changing out this recipe for eggplant. I used everything else but used eggplant instead of chicken and it was a big hit at my house. So good
