Each Chew Contains: calcium (510 mg), magnesium (5 mg), sodium (2 mg). Chew and swallow 2 to 3 chews, hourly if needed. Store between 68-77 degrees F (20-25 degrees C) in a dry place. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are now taking a prescription drug.
