Medela Pump In Style Advanced Breast Pump Battery Pack, Black, 67553, 1 Each

The lactation consultant provided me with the hospital grade rental in addition to this portable Pump In Style to keep. I loved the convenience of pumping on the go, however, the battery pack was not durable and one side cracked. Now, it doesn't hold the batteries. Therefore, no longer "pump on the go." I had to use tape to put it together but now it'll be a pain to try and replace the batteries.

I got my breast pump via insurance as well. The batter pack had a metal piece/ spring that fell out shortly after it's first use. I can't use the battery pack at all now. Should I contact insurance to get a replacement or just buy a new one from you all?

I was excited to get this battery pack as a gift so that I could pump without worry while away from home and on the road. I tried to use it today while traveling between doctor appts and it would not even turn the pump on. I made sure to use brand new name brand batteries and to include all 8 as required and it would not work.

This has been a life changer! Between older kids we travel alot for sports and cheer. I use to look around to find an outlet or miss a pump because I couldnt find one. This is simple, easy to use and still has good power and suction. I was able to get about 6 good 20 minite pumps in with the same batteries.

I have this with pump in style breastpump and today is the first time I tried and the pump is not working at all.
