Media Block Speaker System

Great remote speakers for the money!!! We hooked the unit up to our stereo and use all 4 speakers (we bought a second set) all over the house and pool area. They have a nice sound and are controllable from each speaker if they are to loud or quiet. They are not Bose quality but no way near Bose $$$$$$$$$$. I would recommend for nice overall background music.

We are currently using the set in our livingroom as rear speakers. They provide quality sound and will be used outside shortly as this is why we purchased them.

Overall, I'd say these outdoor speakers were a good purchase. I like the sleek look, with the blue lighting and individual speaker settings option. The wireless communication from the transmitter to each individual speaker is good, sending a nice clear sound to our deck (speaker 1) and to our garage (speaker 2). The ability to move each speaker with ease to any location is handy, and like i said the communication rarely breaks and stays clear. The only downfall we had with this product was the power adapters included with the speakers. We have had to use batteries on both speakers for use, which is fine when wanting to move the speakers to different locations. However, if your plan was to have more of a permanent speaker (Like ours hung and tucked in the corner of our deck), we would have liked to use the plug in adapter for a more permanent power source rather than blow through 6 D batteries at a time. The adapters that were sent were no good, worked for about 5 minutes before cutting out, causing the speakers to blink with no sound. I thought it may have been a problem with the communication, but after troubleshooting I found that the power adapters were bad, and using batteries since, I haven't had any issues. If you like good audio, clear sound, and a surprising volume output with both speakers combined, this is a good purchase. As with all products, usually the good comes with the bad. I would recommend this product, just be sure to check all adapters and connections, I wouldn't be surprised if you had to return or replace something.

Poor quality output but if you need it just around the house for you and your family then great. But if you're looking to entertain a large crowd with this then go to another product.

I was so excited about these speakers.... but.... If the speakers got more than 10 feet away from the receiver, a loud, repetitive popping noise drowned out the music. Took them back immediately.
