Melnor Turbo-Oscillating Sprinkler

I bought this at Walmart and had the same problem some others had. It would stick to one side and stop oscillating. I was about to return it, but checked the internet for some advice. The advice was make sure there is no air in the hose, and high water pressure could cause it to stop oscillating. So I allowed some water to flow through the hose before connecting the sprinkler, made sure hose lay flat, and turned the faucet a little - not full open right away. The sprinkler seemed to work properly, so I opened the faucet to full on. The sprinkler works great! I love its features. My only suggestion is Melnor should provide some directions in the package in case the sprinkler doesn't oscillate. That would save returns and customer frustration.

This sprinkler works exactly as advertised. And is it powerful. We have very low water pressure yet this sprinkler projects water so high you would think it was a firework ground show on the fourth of July! I have never seen a sprinkler jet water so high into the sky. This sprinkler is a gem.

I ordered two of these and am very pleased. They are so easy to use and adjust and cover a wide variety of areas. It's light weight, but well made and functions very well.

The ability to adjust the output for just about any sized area of lawn make this by far the best hose attached sprinkler I've found. Will be buying another for the front yard so they can run simulateously.
