big or small. That is also the general opinion of the other members of my family and friends who own it. This is one of those times you should be able to give an item a 5+. Before Sonicare whenever I brushed my teeth I ALWAYS had the red discharge in the sink from not the healthiest gums. And my annual dental visit was a torturous chore. I am not exaggerating when I say that after just a week.. Just a week. My gums never bled again. Not once. And it's been three years. I'm just logging on to buy a new one. Now when I go for my check up....the last time I was there a month ago the new hygenist looked at me and said "truthfully there really wasn't much to clean." Just be sure to follow the startup instructions carefully and remember not to press just let the brush glide and vibrate over your teeth. An added bonus is my teeth are white like I use those harmful cleanstrips but I don't. Every time you brush your teeth feel like you just came back from your annual cleaning.

This one does not have the quadpacer feature. Did not realize at the time of purchase that some of the Sonicare products have quadpacer and some do not. This is being returned because it does not have the quadpacer. As far as the brand Sonicare goes, it rocks. My hygienist hates me, it cleans my teeth too good.

This toothbrush cleans great. It tickles a little at first but then you get used to it. You can definitely feel and see a difference. It works much better than the Crest or Oral B brushes that cost about $5. A plus that we found out when we read the box was that a full charge will allow for many hours of brushing so that you don't have to carry the charger with you on trips that are about 10 days or less. It also has a 2 minute timer to make sure you are brushing long enough. It is worth every penny!

After the first use I could tell the difference from my last electric toothbrush. My teeth immediately felt much smoother and cleaner. A great product, which I should have bought years ago. Just don't take it out of your mouth while the bristles are running, or you will have toothpaste everywhere! :)

This is a great product! I had one previously that lasted 7 years and I finally needed to replace it. No other tooth brush either manual or battery powered cleans, whitens, reduces placque and tartar as the Sonicare does. The one flaw is that I wish it came with a second brush head as both my husband and I use this, so when I purchased this one for Christmas I immediatlely order 2 replacement heads so that we could both use it.
