I have had a couple of these slides before, and this slide so far is my favorite for the kids. The slide holds up well, and the pool that surrounds the slide allows for kids to play in the pool with out getting rammed by other kids coming down the slide. That might seem like a little deal, but when you have young kids 2-3 that want to play in the water and not go down the slide it goes along way to keeping everyone happy.

Excellent customer service. Had a problem with bubbling on the slide. Called the manufacturer, and even though warranty expired they said they'd replace for this issue regardless of the age, and said they estimated only about 10 units had this issue, were aware and would replace any they were made aware of. The replacement has worked like a dream, no problems whatsoever, and we have used it 20-30 times. If you had an issue just call them! They were very nice and I got a replacement 4 days later!!! I have never had such an easy experience with any kind of product support.

Water slide was great held up very well no rips,seam sewed very well... had a party with 16 small kids from 9-4.. they all had a ball..drying it out now for next year...

I bought this product for my kids and the first week we had it I had to patch up two holes. The 2 girls I have are small. One is like 44 pounds and the other is about 50. This slide just kept getting holes in the silde area. I am returning it and would not recommend this product to anyone. Thank god it was ordered from Wal-mart and they will let you return idems are I would be very upset. The patches they send are small and when it tears big you can not patch it up. DONT BUY!!!

the first day i set up the slide it was awesome. worth the $199 roll back price from walmart.my 3y and 16m old girls had so much fun.the wife and i were cracking up.the water level is perfect and the three year old quickly mastered the slide.worth every dime.eazy set up and break down. just note that the blower must run constantly and make sure its tied on right because if the air feed blows off -say bye bye to all the water. on the third time we used it, the panels that go down the slide developed big air bubbles. it was like a race to see what one would make it to the bottom first.now the they didnt pop so i was just going to not worry about it, but the water sprinklers that wet the slide werent able to keep the high pionts wet. the water ran down the chanels instead of on the bubbles. unfortunatly they were not slick and the 3 year old was flipping dangerously down the slide. now walmarts return policy is fantastic and because the slide is actualy perfect for the kids size, im going to hope it doesnt happen again and go for the replacement.i will post how it works out but either way walmart was great to work with.
