Milkflow Fenugreek + Blessed Thistle Capsules, Breastfeeding Supplement, 60 Ct

I purchased this to help build my supply as I wasn't producing enough for my child. Within 48hrs of taking 2 pills a day, one in the morning and the other at night, I noticed a big difference in my supply. I will definitely be buying these again!

I take one capsule in the morning and one in the evening. I have also increased water intake to 100oz a day and introduced two extra pumping sessions. With all of this I was able to increase my milk supply at 7 months postpartum. I was making fenugreek tea but the soaking and steeping became quite a hassle over time. This is effective and quick. I would recommend trying it for sure.

The product is deliciously helpful. My supply has definitely stayed consistently up since beginning milkflow, which also helped my son gain 2 pounds in a month. I have attempted to write reviews promoting this product for more products, but I was flagged for spamming a website which really disappointed me. Ultimately as long as I feel I need help with milk production I will continue or to ordering UpSpring products! Thank you.

I purchased these based on previous reviews. And I'm glad I did! My supply was dwindling, I take these twice a day and I no longer have to supplement with formula.

I used 3-4 pills everyday. I wish my milk supply would have increased more... Didn't see huge increase while pumping, still I believe it helps me maintain my supply.
