My supply suffered a decrease after having a sinus infection. This tea in conjunction with the cookies helped me increase my supply and increase the fat content of my milk too. This tea is much lighter than I thought it would be. It's tasty and helps to boost my supply as we're 1.5yrs into nursing and my supply has started dropping. It's also fenugreek and caffeine free. I've been hesitant to try any tea with fenugreek as I've read that it could boost or cause a drop in supply, which I wasn't willing to risk. I occasionally like a cup of coffee so with this tea being caffeine free, it helps to minimize having caffeine overload for my little one and myself. also like that it's all organic and hand packed in the USA. I have received this product free for my review but I'm looking forward to purchasing other flavors to try.

After trying lactation cookies and another brand of lactation tea, I have found that MilkMakers Lactation Tea is my favorite. First, I love that it's 4X concentrated, so I only have to drink one or two cups a day to see results. Second, I love that I do see results. If I skip a day, I pump less and feel that my baby has to work harder during a feeding. Third, I enjoy the taste. So far I've only tried the original flavor and like the refreshing lemongrass and ginger blend. Finally, love that it's organic, so I know my babe is safe and doesn't have fenugreek, so I don't have to worry about possible side effects. I highly recommend and will be purchasing again!
