Milkmakers Lactation Tea - Original Flavor, 14 Count

In my opinion this isnt worth the money. Im huge on lactation products and this isnt something Id buy twice. Ill stick with their other products. Its not very good but thats not why im leaving 2 stars. Lactation teas normally arent good. Im giving two stars because it did nothing for me. I didnt feel added energy, no extra milk, and i didnt feel hydrated.

I received the product in exchange for my honest feedback. I was not a big fan of the taste of this tea but adding honey helped. I do think it helped keep up my supply, but I'm not sure by how much because I was also increasing water intake at the time. I noticed it worked much better if I drank the tea everyday. So the main downside is the cost since you need to drink it everyday, so something to keep in mind. That said, I would buy again if I only needed it for a short amount of time!

I had to supplement my now 3 week old from day 4, because my milk supply was low. My little one lost more than 10% of her birth weight. I drank this tea one to two times a day for two weeks and I don't need to supplement with formula anymore! My baby was back to her birth weight in just two days! It really helped me with my milk supply and it tastes great!

As far as lactation teas are concerned this one is great. It tastes great and doesn't have fenugreek. I appreciate that it's organic and natural. This was a great supplement and my production remained sufficient for my three month old. It's definitey worth a try if you have concerns about your milk production. This tea doesn't have fenugreek so no upset tummy- which is already a box checked for me. I didn't have to favor it, another box checked. I'm not a big tea drinker but it didn't have a harsh taste. I just received the product and have only used it a handful of times, but I'd purchase it again. I didn't try it cold but that's up next. I received the product in exchange for my honest feedback.
