Mineral Fusion Nourishing Lipstick Butter Pomegranate, Deep Red, 0.06 oz, Vivid, Long-Lasting

I am surprised by the reviews that find it moisturinzing. I prefer a lipstick that does not need gloss added, but this one is fairly matte and kind of dry. But the color is good and I like the slim tube that makes it easy to apply. I may try a lip gloss or tint in this brand because I am a fan of (mostly) natural ingredients.

The color is beautiful and the texture is nice. Also love the new packaging because I know I am getting a fresh one (I.e., not expired). I just thought that a product called lip “butter” would be a bit more smooth and creamy with a glossy finish. The finish in this is satin and I was wanting more shine. I'm not disappointed and the product still lives in my purse, but I was looking for a one and done lip product…a lipstick/balm hybrid with a glossy finish that I didn't need to top with a gloss. I would recommend the lippie in the stick format (my fave!!) or the lipstick in this line. Both are better, imo.

I love the Mineral Fusion Lipstick Butters. Non-heavy formula, nice shine. My only issue is the advertised colors slightly miss the mark on the true color of the product. I ordered one that appeared to be more brownish/neutral, and in reality, it's actually fairly orange. Not my color whatsoever! Recommend doing the "Try It On" before purchasing.

I like the consistency. It's very soft and smooth on my lips. The color is pretty but it's like an orangey color even though it's called “berry”- I was expecting something more in the pink family. The one thing I really don't like is the smell/taste.

I don't like lipstick but my lips do need some color. I've used Burt's Bees Lip Shimmers for years but wanted to try something different. I tried Vine-Red Grape and Pomegranate-Red. The names are a bit deceiving as neither are really red, but I do like them. Pomegranate has a slightly more earthy/brownish tint with my coloring but Vine has a brighter, more a berry-red tone, which is closer to what I was looking for. I love how smooth and non-sticky they are, and yet they still have a nice deep color to them. They feel like lip balm but add plenty of color. Although the tubes are small they really are the perfect compact size to throw in your purse or pocket.
