The item description did not include the item's electronics compatibility requirements. Consequently, I have not been able to use it since my cell phone is not smart enough. I don't plan to purchase a new phone solely to use this MisFit! Unfortunately, I threw away the shipping invoice, etc., or I would return it. I'm thinking of who I can gift this to. These ratings are because I don't know if the overall quality and value are good or not. There isn't the option of choosing 'never' to respond to how often I use it.

It does what it says but isn't consistent. Always has issues trying to sync. But I got what I paid for.

This is a nice little device. It tracks sleep, calories, steps and distance. You can also input items such as food consumption and other items. This device can monitor from several areas (wrist, hip, shoe, or necklace. It is very versatile. Waterproof is the major advantage. Found out the hard way, if you wear it on your wrist, don't push a cart or hold items in that hand. The misfit will not register. If you know the distance, you can still enter it manually, but it will not give you points. The wrist band is plastic, don't know how long it will last. The snap got accidentally released, and had to retrace my steps to find it. Not to sure about the clip and magnet for moving to other locations, I think the device could get lost very quickly. Accessories on the web site cost a pretty penny. You can get a more accurate detail of your activity on the website, than on the android. You can create friendly competition with a social network too. All in all, I would recommend this. It has motivated me and my family.
