So I am a huge fan of Eu Natural formulas. I use their Conception formula and it has worked wonderfully. I decided to pair the Conception pill with the Momma pill- as it is suggested to take a probiotic. Holy cow, this one left me in severe abdominal pain. I would wake up in the middle of night and have to run to the restroom. I am not a huge fan of being waken up to have to go to number 2 while I am sleeping. I tried to finish the bottle but can't bring myself to do it. I am sure it has worked great for many people but definitely not for me.

I wasn't as impressed as everyone else was with this product. The first week I did great. It was helping with my slow digestive track and helping with constipation. Then it started to make my stomach cramp and have painfully urgent bowel movements. These were happening in the middle of the night while trying to sleep. I had subscribed and saved this item but will unfortunately not continue. It worked for awhile but not long enough and maybe too strong for my body.

I read many articles about taking probiotics while you're breastfeeding. I definitely recommend it to any breastfeeding mom. Studies have shown that in the babies fecal matter the probiotics their mom took was in there. So that means it is definitely being passed on to baby. Can even help with baby's upset stomach.

Was hoping to use this as part of a GBS protocol, but had to be induced the day after I started it. I'm now taking it to combat the negative effects of the antibiotics we had to be given during labor due to my GBS+ status. I searched a good while to find a probiotic I felt was a good choice for this use and I'm pretty happy with this one! With my mom brain I have to set an alarm to remember to take it before I eat though. Lol

I noticed after giving birth that I was having frequent stomach issues. I did not want to take any pre-pregnancy medication that may affect my little one so I searched for a natural alternative and bought these. They have helped improve my gut health and seem to provide my tummy with the good bacteria I was lacking. Especially from some of the antibiotics I was given after pregnancy, these have been great at combatting!
