I'm taking this with Goat's Rue and I've noticed that I'm producing milk more often. However, I haven't noticed a difference in the amount I produce each time I pump; it is still at 3 oz each time.

I stopped pumping three months ago and just started back up, it's extremely hard and I was only getting drops but just by taking these a few times I'm already producing more milk. They're super convenient and affordable.
