Monster Wall Tap Surge Protector, 6 Grounded Outlets & 2 USB Ports

I went looking for and outlet adapter with a functioning nightlight and walked away incredibly happy with not only the light, but two USB ports. Light has a switch for on/off or it can be set to detect light levels and to turn on automatically if needed.

It's double grounded (not sure of the terminology), so you're limited with where you can place it. You'll need to place it somewhere that will allow for it. I've attached a picture so you can see what I mean. When sticking it into the wall, I needed to place it up top, so it would fit, which only gained me one additional place to plug things in. Not really worth it if you're just going to get the version with three. Although the USB opening is nice. Overall, pretty good.

This Monster surge protector requires the use of 2 grounded outlets to attach to which I didn't expect, So you can not plug it in to the lower outlet while still using the upper outlet. In return it gives you 3 grounded and protected outlets along with 2 USB's and a built in nightlight. The night light is equally bright to a stand alone night light, and very convenient, it also can be turned off if you don't want it. There is a indicator light constantly lit to confirm the protection is working. Monster stands behind their product with a warranty, its nice to see as much as I doubt claims are ever paid. Easy enough to check if that protection light is on.

So glad I got this. I have so much to plug in and not enough plugs. This solves my problem and also goes w my decor and doesn't take up much room. Now I have multiple plugs in case I am using multiple things. I charge my phone and my Apple Watch and have my lamp on at the same time so it works out great.

Is easy to install, takes up a whole outlet but gives you 3 outlets plus 2 USB ports, everything works perfectly and you can charge all at once with any problem. It's sturdy, looks good quality material not heavy very well made and convenient. The best part besides all that it's that it has a night light on the bottom which is great, so you can see while you walk and easily access your wires in the dark. I am very happy with this outlet.
