I started taking less because they are pretty expensive to be taking 6 a day but I noticed my supply decreased a lot so now I'm back up to the full dose and will hopefully see a turnaround in the next day or so.

Six weeks later, I was still insecure about my supply, despite following a brutal triple feeding regimen for nearly 3 weeks. Just a few days after incorporating More Milk Plus capsules, I started noticing about 25% more milk during my pumping sessions. I'm honestly shocked at how well it worked. As others have said, this product worked within the first day of starting it. Such a relief to find a product that worked so quickly and efficiently. Love that these nurturing herbal medicines can help so to prevent having to use a medication with potential for side effects. Seriously, don't waste your money on teas or lactation cookies. Try More Milk Plus instead.
