I've been taking these lately and have actually noticed my milk supply drop alot, my breast used to fill up and I would be pumping 3oz on each breast normally. Since taking these I don't seem to be producing milk and when I try to pump I only get an ounce or 2 from each breast. Makes me sad because I'm only at 4 months postpartum. :( maybe I'm not using these right? I only take about 2 a day because I struggle to remember to take them and I'm pretty scared to take more.

I have insufficient glandular tissue so I take this along with shatavari to reach a full supply. I was told I would never reach full supply btw. Moringa helps with the hormone prolactin and has a synergistic effect with shatavari which is an estrogen regulator. Moringa also contains vitamins which help build back blood supply after birth and makes the milk more fatty. I like this version better than others I've tried because the powered form tastes terrible and this seems more potent and trustworthy.

This is very important for me because I am exclusively breastfeeding my baby for over 9 months now and plan to do so for at least a year.
