I would give it a ZERO cannot open bottle NO ONE CAN

I'm losing my mind. I have watched YouTube videos asked my son to help i have a splitting g headache from clenching my teeth trying to open this absolutely reduculous bottle. I wonder how many people give up before they break their arm. Sounds like a class action lawsuit. I only bought this original because the pump list is half the volume for the same price. It's such a rip off and now I'm ready to saw off the top. The other type of bottle is easier to open this just sucks don't even buy it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product definitely works. I bought it for congestion that I have due to allergies and it cleared it up immediately. Because I have an extremely dry house, it definitely took some getting use to, but I like it a lot . It didn't leave a bad taste either like some others. I would suggest a humidifier if you have a dry space like myself in the winter. Just until you get used to it. Good product!
