Apply to face and body as desired. Dispense small amount of product into palm. Rub hands together and smooth a thin layer onto clean dry skin. A little goes a long way, so apply sparingly to start. Blend evenly, using horizontal and vertical strokes for complete coverage. Avoid eyebrows and hair. Use less product on elbows, knees, and heels to prevent deeper tanning in these areas. Avoid contact with eyes. Wash hands and nails after application. Let the lotion dry completely (30 - 45 minutes) before dressing and wait longer (at least three hours) before showering, bathing or swimming. If lotion contacts fabric or clothing, launder within one hour. We recommend using Oil Free Sunscreen with an SPF of 15 or higher. This product does not contain a sunscreen and does not protect against sunburn.
