Heavy duty rack, yet it can't withstand shipping. It will serve its purpose once I bend some pieces back into shape. The box came mangled and pieces are bent. FedEx shipping is a joke, since I heard the delivery guy drop it out of the truck from inside the house. I wouldn't buy it again.

Order came to us damaged, late, and missing pieces. Customer service for Walmart is a joke. Not doing that again. I may even cancel my membership to the Walmart do to this horrible experience. I’m still waiting for them to email me a return label, which they said they will. No return label yet…I guess I have to call them again and lose about an hour of my life trying to resolve this issue

Nice rack, but arrived badly beat up. This storage rack is nice and was relatively easy to put together, but it arrived badly damaged and I had to use a hammer to hammer/bend several pieces back into place in order to construct it. It still seems functional, but this is a clear quality control failing on the manufactures part. Also, the instructions are very poorly written. I had to figure out more than I was instructed how to build it.

The unit arrived with several places that were damaged. The packaging was not sufficient for this heavy of an item. I would suggest that the manufacturer rethinks their way of packaging. Im very handy so I was able to straighten most of the metal to make it usable. It serves the purpose for our shed storage.

Easy to unpack and assemble. Had to straighten the top of one upright where it was dented in shipment, and go through the package looking for the 6 small nuts and bolts. This is a great product for use where people are loading and unloading the shelving. It is not appropriate for use around material handling equipment. The gauge on the uprights is too light.
