Native Coconut & Pineapple Mineral Sunscreen Lotion SPF 30, 5.0 oz

I use Native deodorant, shampoo, and body wash. I was so excited to use the sunscreen, but sadly have not enjoyed it like the other products. I am one who religiously puts on sunscreen and I hardly ever get burnt. But every time I have been outside and used this sunscreen, I have gotten seriously sun burnt. It's like if you are any amount of sweaty or wet, the application does not take into your skin at all. I have had days where I have applied it anywhere from 4-5 times in a span of 4 hours and I still got badly sun burnt.

Says goes on clear. Leaves a chrome look. Did not like it at all

Love this sunscreen very light weight but you can feel the protection!!

I was really excited to try Native's sunscreen because I love a lot of their other products. I have red hair and very pale skin, so I religiously wear sunscreen anytime I go outside. I also understand how important it is to reapply in a timely manner. Do not use this sunscreen if you are going to be outside for any length of time. I applied a thick layer, and reapplied once all within an hour's time. It was like I didn't even have any sunscreen on. I will say that the smell is very pleasant, and I'm super bummed that my summer scent will have to be traditional sunscreen instead of pineapple and coconut. If you are just using this as a daily sunscreen to protect your skin without prolonged sun exposure, this may work. It also may work if you aren't a ginger like me.
