Notice that the important ingredient phase 2 carb controller complex is now reduced from 1000mg to only 730mg (no changes to other ingredients)? Not too happy with this. :( Is this to cut cost & will this reduce its efficiency?

I feel it helps curb my cravings so I dont over eat all the carbs like I really want to. My energy seems to have increased. I just notice an overall feeling of betterness with these. Do yourself the favor and buy them.

Really helps during carb meals and sugar control. Helps body stay healthy.

I have not changed my diet or exercise plan so that I would be only testing the one variable (using the Carb Intercept vs not using it), so I'm uncertain it really does anything. But it is also possible the 5 lbs were due to the supplement. Might be worth a try if you're into vitamins and supplements.
