There is no leaking or any problem at all and our boy loves it.

Like several of the reviewers here, my problem is that my 3 month old can not handle the flow on this nipple, which is recommended for a 1 month old. I get that babies develop at different rates, but to be two months off is pretty inacurate, espcially when so many of the reviewers are having the same problem. She drinks okay from it, but really dribbles, soaking her clothes, and spits up a lot more than usual. The newborn flow, indicated from birth to 3 months, works just fine for her. I would recommend getting that nipple for those mothers having trouble with the slow flow. My theory is that perhaps breastfeeding babies are used to having to work a little harder for their food, so a slower flow nipple doesn't frustrate them at all and they therefore don't need to be upgraded as quickly. To Avent though, I would perhaps suggest revisiting your age recommendations on these. I feel like many mothers who bought the natural bottles and nipples did so because they have breastfeeding babies, and the nipple is more similar to the breast than the classic nipples are. Otherwise though, I do love my Avent products, and my baby does great eating from them.

I love these! The other reviewer may possibly be using the new nipple design in the old/original Avent bottles. If you do that, they will leak like crazy, since they're not meant to be used in the old bottle designs. If you use these with the new bottles as they are intended to be used, they are perfect!!
